Our Media client’s database server was way past its use by date and needed an urgent upgrade. The various applications being run on the server was taking way longer than expected and was getting frustrating.

Ei Square® was engaged to take the full ownership of the application upgrade of the database server. Ei Square® has provided project management, technical leadership, application package upgrade, reconciliation and testing as part of this migration project. Activities included senior stakeholder presentation of the status of the project, carefully upgrading all the jobs and applications that were running on the old server to utilise the new platform, reconcile the old and new results, and performance test the newly changed application.

A successful migration to the new server within time and budget along with fully reconciled old and new applications and job output.
