One of our healthcare sector clients had the challenge of spending valuable therapist time in copying required information from QGlobal sensory profile online assessment report to their own template. The business growth was hampered as the therapist time would be best served assessing cases and customers and instead lots of time was spent on translating the assessment to our customers own report.
Solution
Technical Leadership, Bespoke Interface for user input, extracting data from online word document, testing and training.
We implemented an end to end solution, providing the client with an interface to input all the variable parameters, reading from the assessment document and producing the end report on our client’s own report template. We used the mapping given to us to remove sections depending on which report is being produced and generated a prepopulated report which the occupational therapist can glance through and tidy up with their own assessment sections.

Outcome
Fully automated assessment report generation, which otherwise would have taken nearly 6-8 hours and now reduced by 60% leaving the business time to serve more customers there by increasing revenue and efficiency.
