Our client, a telecoms reseller, wanted to enable paperless bills for customers across 9 European countries. The challenge was to create a common multilingual billing platform integrated within a culture specific marketing content management solution for each of their European business units in English, French, German, Dutch, Spanish including region specific dialects.
Solution
Ei Square® was engaged to design and implement a web portal where customers could register, opt-in to green billing and access their monthly bills. Ei Square® provided architecture design, technical leadership, multi lingual development strategy and back office billing system integration in line with the client’s sustainable development vision.

Green billing became the client’s fastest selling product! It had the ability to deliver customer’s bills immediately and reduced paper usage by 80%.
