Our hospitality client was struggling to get a single view of their customers across their cross functional team. They wanted a real time consolidated view of segmenting their customers based on profitability bands, customer engagement and frequency of visit in a single powerful PowerBI dashboard.

Ei Square® was engaged to deliver this project which involved implementing an end to end solution of consolidating data from their booking system, their payments data and their customer service call data. Along with this, creating a reference data for the profit bands as per our client’s definition.  Full automated implementation of data capture, data cleanse, data classification, metrics calculation and visualisation of customer segmentation which was presented as a PowerBI dashboard so that cross functional team has a single point of reference of their whole customer base.


Outcome

Full automated data integration - across bookings, payments and customer service engagements with all collated information in a dashboard helping our client to keep a close eye on the pulse of their customers and more importantly cross functional team working from the same customer base information. Client saw 12% increase in revenue by reaching out to less engaged customers and making sure the regulars are given loyalty offers.
