One of our healthcare sector clients had the challenge of differentiating billable and non-billable hours from its CRM (WriteUpp) system and billing (Xero) system.

We implemented an end-to-end solution, reconciling data between Xero (Invoicing and Billing System) and WriteUpp (PMS System). We built the business-specific categorisation mapping. PowerBI Dashboard was designed and built to show the newly mapped data categorisation, visually as well as with drill through capability.
Outcome
Fully automated data integration and reconciliation between WriteUpp, Xero and business specific categorisation. The client focussed on reducing the non-billable hours spent by its staff on mundane manual tasks by automating tasks, thereby increasing revenue.
