Our client needed to manage their investment portfolio property assets both from a customer and investor perspective. A customer facing online website for sales and marketing integrated with their back office asset management system was needed. The challenge in the asset management system was the ability to ear mark bespoke information against specific assets that could then be used to determine, prescribe and predict investment values for all parties.

EiSquare was engaged take the full ownership of the implementation of the customer facing website. Activities included analysis, writing user stories, wireframe, design and development of the website, storing the registration details of the users, details of all the properties, storing users preferred property information. Particular supervised modelling was done for bespoke information against assets which helped in predicting the investment values of similar assets as they were acquired.


Outcome

The client’s investment proposal had an internet presence and reached out to more customers. Predictive investment values gave an insights into investment patterns and trends, and thus increased the confidence of the business and their investors.
